New York State was comprised this year of four sections:
1. Central: had Capital District(Cobleskill) & Lakeshore(Webster) & So. Central(Binghamton) quiz with them
2. Mid-Hudson
3. NYC/LI
4. Western: had Lakshore(Spencerport) quiz with them
